Whats the best releif for a scratchy throat and a stuffy snout?
thera-flu works well for me, its a powder you mix near warm river and it makes your throat and nasal passage feel better.also sometimes i approaching to take a hot hip bath or shower, it clears the sinus as well. sudafed works and it is non-drowsey. you could enjoy allergies as well, so if none of those things work, you might requirement to get claritin or flo-nase

Well there are tons things u could do, but the best thing to do would probably whip some medicine. I know a drug that works really well for both a sore throat and a stuffy proboscis. It is called Olbas. U can bring it at the Vitamin Shoppe or the family vitamin store. If u can't find it in attendance, then u cloud look on eBay or Google. I hope u carry well soon!
