There's lots of different kinds of meditation, and I'm not sure which one would benefit me the most, and that I'd most possible be able to do.What is the most successful form of meditation for you?
Breathing meditation, you filch your deep breath into your lungs counting to 7 as you breath within (if you can...or less to start with) and hold for 2 next count to 7 (or your number) as you release the air. Continue until you surface you can continue the breathing minus counting and focus your mind on a point... whether it be a noise surrounded by your environment or a beat of a meditation c.d. you're listen to. I find this is best for me as my mind can be a pain to chill out!!
I do a few different forms of meditation. The most important one for me is Spiritual Exercises. I like it because I don't hold to struggle to empty my mind. It is moving; chanting inwardly and listen. To learn how to do it, find info at
