Sun Block - nought - wear long sleeves and pants and a head covering.
Dramamine - Kava Kava for relaxation, Ginger for nausea
Imodium- Senna
Pain relievers - arnica montana; calendula
Pamprin - Cramp Bark
In place of midol/pamprin, use calcium and magnesium pills and evening primrose oil. For tylenol, use feverfew and white willow yelp. For motrin (and I know this personally) use papaya and pineapple enzymes.
