What does a body wrap really do,and what are the do's and dont's beforehand and after?
Well theres so many different body types to choose from. theres chocolate body wraps (my fondness!) that can really soften your skin (the cocoa) and help with slimming (thanks to the caffeine) and theres algae/seaweed body wraps who's purpose is to 'detoxify' and remove impurity from your body -also has a slimming handling. Basically the purpose of them is to cleanse, tone, soften, moisturize or detoxify your skin and body. (external and internal health) Some wraps are really warming and thus helping to spawn you sweat and rid your body of any excess toxins. You shouldn't eat a robust meal beforehand or drink profoundly of liquids (just because the treatments are usually over an hour long...) You shouldn;t enjoy one if you have any stretch out cuts/sores on your body as the products may irritate your skin (and can cause wound to the esthetician)don't wear any jewellry to any spa treatment. afterward be sure to drink a lot of hose down as your body will be healing itself and fluids are needed for your organs to do their work. A suitable spa wil contact you a few days later to ask if near are any side effects-there shouldn't be- and to just see how you're sense. And if you're uncomfortable at adjectives during the treatment just speak up because citizens can't read your mind.
detoxifies.
