I would never say they are "healthy". Do you expect over the counter? Drugs are drugs and should be treated as such.
There is no such thing as a wholesome drug. All drugs can be harmful if misused. e.g. prolonged usage of tylenol can inflict liver damege.

drugs arent athletic, and can actually receive you sicker. medicines should single be taken by prescription from a MD.
Holistic medicines or herbal remedies.. Maybe not so much Tylenol but things resembling St. Johns wort.
If you are referring to how you would differentiate between a "healthy drug" and an "unfair drug" try using terms approaching pharmaceuticals or medications.
